OUR POLICIES

Good Conduct: Clients are expected to contribute to a respectful, courteous, and inclusive community at Rock Dove. Rock Dove reserves the right to remove you and/or refuse, cancel, or suspend membership or services if you engage in conduct it deems inappropriate, unruly, or destructive.

Cell Phone and Camera Use: To avoid disruption, clients should refrain from cell phone usage on premises; urgent calls may be taken or made outside. To safeguard privacy, we ask that you avoid including others in any photos or videos taken on premises.

Cancellations and Missed Sessions: Given the small class size, late cancellations (after 12 hours before class) will result in a forfeit of your class credit. No-shows will be charged an additional $15 per missed session.

Children and Minors: For their protection, minors under the age of 16 are not allowed to participate in classes. You, as the parent or guardian of a minor aged 16-18 years old, will be required to execute a User Agreement on said minor’s behalf before said minor may use Club facilities or services.

Dress Code: Clients are required to wear appropriate and safe athletic attire and footwear when using any Club equipment or participating in any Club activity. Rock Dove may deny you use of Club services and facilities if you do not wear appropriate athletic attire and footwear.

Personal Property: Lockers are provided solely for your benefit and convenience. You are responsible for securing your locker. Except where specified by express agreement, lockers left secured overnight will be opened and emptied. Clients should avoid bringing valuables onto Club premises. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rock Dove will not be liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal property brought onto Club premises.

Service Animals: Pets and emotional support animals are, for the safety of Clients and Club staff, prohibited from Club premises. Trained service animals licensed to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities are permitted, though Rock Dove reserves the right to require that any service animal be removed if deemed, at Rock Dove’s discretion, to be out of control, unsafe, or unsanitary. By bringing a service animal onto Rock Dove premises, Clients agree to be charged for any actual damage the animal may cause.

Services Rendered by Club Staff: Your purchase of any session or Club service is the purchase of services to be provided by Rock Dove, not any particular member of Club staff. Wherever possible, requested or expected trainers will provide services, though Rock Dove reserves the right to substitute qualified staff at any time in the event of emergency, illness, or any other reason.

PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Protecting Client personal information is of utmost importance to the Club. Rock Dove collects Client personal information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and identification for purposes of providing services only. We use personal information to identifyClients at check-in, process payments, provide customer support services, communicate important updates about Rock Dove services and/or memberships. This personal information is held securely and never shared or sold.

Where we need to collect personal information by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you (for example, to process payment), and you fail to provide that data when requested, you understand that we may not be able to perform the contract as contemplated.

Rock Dove utilizes Mindbody, a third-party payment and scheduling platform. Clients provide personal information to Mindbody at their own discretion and are referred to Mindbody’s relevant privacy policy for further information. Rock Dove does not collect or maintain payment information, such as credit card numbers.
